This is to inform you that 'BBC Worldwide Holdings B.V.', a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, having its registered office at c/o Meespierson Intertrust, Rokin 55, 1012 KK Amsterdam (BBCWW), has entered into an agreement with Mid Day Multimedia Limited to invest Rs. 31.85 crores in the equity shares of Radio Mid Day West (India) Private Limited.
